We produce monovarietal olive oil, a real fruit juice from olives that are in the initial stage of ripening.
The harvest is done by hand, in mid-October when the olives are rich in polyphenols (Pyrgo Dirou, Laconia-Greece). The arid soil, the rocky limestone formations, the great sunshine and the cultivation practice we follow help to produce an extra virgin olive oil with a wonderful aroma, fruity taste, moderately bitter, with a spicy aftertaste. This is our first time taking part in an international competition and we won two gold awards in the London International Olive Oil Competition (LIOOC2024). One for quality and one for health claim. We continue with greater appetite!
