Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Special Edition Tin Puccini Festival

Baglio Ingardia farm was founded in the 18th century in the fertile countryside of Trapani. Today, Mariella and her sons, Nicola and Salvatore, carefully follow the production and bottling stages and ensure the traceability of their excellent products: EVOO, wine and beer. Sustainability and organic agriculture are the foundations of the company's philosophy. The farm has always stood out in its pursuit of excellence in full respect of the environment and family tradition.

We are a three generation of olive oil makers, since 1922, located in the south-west coast of Sicily. Tenute Seidita covers over 100 hectares of land, with 15.000 olive trees, predominantly Nocellara del Belice cultivar. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, olives are transformed within 12 hours since harvested through cold pressing in our Mil. We look after every single step of the production process, and we package only when requested to secure fresh products. We are PGI, BIO and Kosher certified, along with Slow Food presidium for secular trees.
