Albori Monocultivar Peranzana
Albori boasts a long history of know-how, divining the secrets of the olive tree and using our passion for producing handcrafted, high-quality products. Generations of knowledge and love for the land have turned our extra virgin olive oil into some of the best in Puglia, Italy and the world.
MONOCULTIVAR PERANZANA: Albori Monocultivar is obtained by 100% Peranzana olives, a fine cultivar found mainly in a little territory in the North of Puglia. It is characterized by low acidity and a high polyphenol concentration. Fruity medium gentle, and, at the same time, it has a strong character and personality. Yellow enhanced by light greenish reflections.
Intense vegetal scents, of artichoke and slightly citrusy.
Pleasantly spicy, of green chili.

We are a three generation of olive oil makers, since 1922, located in the south-west coast of Sicily. Tenute Seidita covers over 100 hectares of land, with 15.000 olive trees, predominantly Nocellara del Belice cultivar. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, olives are transformed within 12 hours since harvested through cold pressing in our Mil. We look after every single step of the production process, and we package only when requested to secure fresh products. We are PGI, BIO and Kosher certified, along with Slow Food presidium for secular trees.
