Generations of knowledge and love for the land have turned our extra virgin olive oil into some of the best in Puglia, Italy and the world. MONOCULTIVAR PERANZANA: Albori Monocultivar is obtained by 100% Peranzana olives, a fine cultivar found mainly in a little territory in the North of Puglia. It is characterized by low acidity and a high polyphenol concentration. Fruity medium gentle, and, at the same time, it has a strong character and personality. Yellow enhanced by light greenish reflections. Intense vegetal scents, of artichoke and slightly citrusy. Pleasantly spicy, of green chili.
