A mistol is perhaps the oldest tree on our farm, dating back to the early 20th century, and, along with some old olive trees, it is what we found when we undertook the task of developing the magnificent lands in Pie de Palo, San Juan. Since 1997 we have been working carefully on the plantations, ensuring that the quality of our oils lasts over time like the old tree on the farm. Coming from an Italian family, olive growing has always been at the forefront of the Raspagliesi family. It was in 1997 when they finally managed to fulfill an old family dream and acquired the Don Mario farm, to produce the freshest olive oil, in the very cradle of the Andes. Located a few kilometers from the city of San Juan, these first 200 hectares of land were developed with the most advanced planting techniques, obtaining olive groves that are still growing today and producing olives of excellent quality
