Cultivated without any chemical fertilizers or pesticides, Domaine Leos stretches out across a gently-sloping plateau, consisting of rock slabs covered with a calcareous and gravelly soil. It benefits from a uniquely-protected natural environment: the estate does not use any chemical fertilizers nor pesticides and the olive trees were planted on lands free of any crops for more than 60 years.

Après avoir été arboriculteur, je me suis reconverti dans l’oleiculture,mon oliveraie est jeune et constituée de variétés Toscanes et Françaises, pour une surface de 10 hectares, j’entretiens mes oliviers toute l'année, j’effectue la récolte, l’extraction avec mon moulin, stocke,et met en bouteilles, toutes les opérations sont réalisées sur l’exploitation. J’envoi un échantillon pour voir si cette huile vierge extra artisanale goûtée par un jury de connaisseurs mérite une bonne appréciation. Je précise que je récolte les olives à maturité.
