The fertile and lifeless olive tree offers us bright and quality olives grown in the most fertile soil and clean air of the North Aegean. Fadime and Recai Öztürk couple give this name to their olive oil, inspired by the glow of CAPELLA, the brightest star in the AURIGA constellation.
