Brigada Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our extra virgin olive oil is produced at Taxiarhes (Brigadiers) Village. Its name is inspired both by the place of production and by the Spanish term
"Brigada", that refers to the hierarchy system of chefs in the kitchen. It is ideal for an ambitious amateur cook as well as for a passionate professional chef. Absolutely balanced between bitter and spicy with an intense fruity aroma.
Brunera
Frantoio di Montalcino Società Agricola came into existence in 2023, as the result of what could be described as a fortuitous encounter between an experienced olive oil maker and some highly motivated investors. They acquired the only oil mill in Montalcino, Tuscany, transforming its 75 years history into a super modern oil milling facility. The combination between exquisite olives and exclusive technologies allows the oil maker to express his creativity and experience. The current production of extra virgin olive oil is presented in two label called "Brunera" and "Più di Cinquecento".
