Salov, owner of the Filippo Berio brand, was founded in 1919 in the province of Lucca (Tuscany – Italy) where its headquarters and production site are located. The Group manages the entire supply chain of edible oil internally, from sourcing to bottling, including marketing and R&D. Salov owns one of the most modern production facilities in Europe, with state-of-the-art filtering, storage, and blending systems, along with a fully digitized supply chain. The Group is one of the largest in the sector, with 5 subsidiaries (USA, UK, RUSSIA, BRAZIL, CHINA), 2 commercial offices (Milan, Toronto), 1 branch (Singapore), and a turnover exceeding €400 million and 120 million liters. Salov owns 2 brands: FILIPPO BERIO, sold in over 70 countries since 1867, and SAGRA (1959), acquired by Salov in 1975. Salov pursues sustainability as an integral part of its values.
