Baglio Ingardia farm was founded in the 18th century in the fertile countryside of Trapani. Today, Mariella and her sons, Nicola and Salvatore, carefully follow the production and bottling stages and ensure the traceability of their excellent products: EVOO, wine and beer. Sustainability and organic agriculture are the foundations of the company's philosophy. Since the 19th century, Castello Monte Vibiano is the home of the Fasola Bologna Family.  Its cool, verdant, hilly landscape and limestone- and chalk-rich soil provides the perfect terrain for the centuries-old vineyard and olive orchard.
