Huile D’ Olive Au Gingembre Et Citron De Menton
by Huilerie Saint Michel
Company: Huilerie Saint Michel
Founded in 1896 in Menton, at the foot of the “Saint-Michel Basilic”, Huilerie Saint-Michel is a family-run business that for four generations has perpetuated the know-how and exacting standards that enable it to offer the very best in olive oil today. In 2005, our managing director Karim Djekhar took over the reins of the company after having been employed there since 1989. Since then, Huilerie Saint-Michel has begun working with Michelin-starred chefs to create fragrant olive oils through infusion. Shortly after arriving in Menton, chef Mauro Colagreco was the first to collaborate with us and to have confidence in our work. The result was our first fragrant olive oil, Menton lemon olive oil.
