Aki No Shima No Mi Etajima Shibori 2023
We aim at facilitating safe and healthy eating habits, by preserving sound mountain and forestry thus preserving safe water, and by conducting circulating agriculture. “Aki-no-Shima-no-Mi” refers to olives grown in Hiroshima, mainly in its coastal and insular areas of Setouchi, Seto Inland Sea. They are grown by producers who loves the local community who wish to contribute to the community through olive cultivation. We are actively promoting “Aki-no-Shima-no-Mi” Project, which aims at local revitalization using olives. In 2008, we proposed Etajima City to make olives their new specialty. In 2010, after due research and conversations, Etajima City decided that they promote olives as their new specialty. In 2011, “Etajima City Olive Promotion Council” was established and full-on olive cultivation started on the island. We now buy olive fruits from local people and make products. We have developed into an operation which can work together with the community and contribute to its revitalization.

Précurseur et visionnaire, la famille Ben Achour sait déjà depuis 1925 ce que la presse clame aujourd’hui. Depuis des années que la famille produisait de l’huile d’olive jusqu’à devenir une réussite exemplaire et un leader du marché local nommée AL JAZIRA. Bien que l’usine est moderne et à la pointe de la technologie AL JAZIRA a préservé les techniques et traditions qui caractérisent ses activités depuis plusieurs années.

In Jordan we have a wealth of knowledgeable and talented women who have been the focus of many local and foreign organisations keen on help development and empowerment. Whilst these programmes have been paramount in upgrading skills and raising hopes, what remains lacking is how to get the products sold. Ru’yana, a Jordanian NGO that works with training and funding, saw that without the necessary steps of marketing and sales, skill and hard-work were not reaping tangible rewards. As a solution, Arduna stepped in to select experienced and qualified women producing superior products, and help with quality control, packaging and marketing. So you can rest assured that you are getting the best of what our hands and our lands have to offer. The name Arduna means “our earth” or “our land” in Arabic. We chose this name because our land is what connects these women from different governorates of Jordan and it is these lands that have the perfect nutrients and weather to create some of the best foods and products.
Brunera
Frantoio di Montalcino Società Agricola came into existence in 2023, as the result of what could be described as a fortuitous encounter between an experienced olive oil maker and some highly motivated investors. They acquired the only oil mill in Montalcino, Tuscany, transforming its 75 years history into a super modern oil milling facility. The combination between exquisite olives and exclusive technologies allows the oil maker to express his creativity and experience. The current production of extra virgin olive oil is presented in two label called "Brunera" and "Più di Cinquecento".

Located in the heart of the Alpilles massif since 1489, Château d’Estoublon is one of the Baux-de-Provence appellation’s finest estates. All of our olive oils are cold-pressed, extra virgin, and our olives are pressed in the Château’s mill to allow us complete control over production.
