Baglio Ingardia farm was founded in the 18th century in the fertile countryside of Trapani. Today, Mariella and her sons, Nicola and Salvatore, carefully follow the production and bottling stages and ensure the traceability of their excellent products: EVOO, wine and beer. Sustainability and organic agriculture are the foundations of the company's philosophy. The farm has always stood out in its pursuit of excellence in full respect of the environment and family tradition.

Additionally, we have two apiaries on the property. Each year we harvest native wildflower honey that is pure, raw, and unfiltered. Guests can stay at our modern farmhouse Casa Baio at Monte Vale de Baio, and experience the luxury of stillness, nature, and slowing down.
