Olive oil mills have always been part of my family: first my paternal great-grandfather, then my grandfather, then my father and now me. From an early age, I was used to lending a hand at the mill and smelling the hot, freshly-milled olive oil. Although I went into another field, my origins spoke louder and here I am, fulfilling a childhood dream: to have my own olive oil mill and my own brand. I didn’t embark on this journey alone, I brought my wife and children with me, who have always supported me at all times and are the great inspiration for my day-to-day life. With them and for them, I live in the middle of nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities and in an ideal location to get excellent quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
