A Estância das Oliveiras foi criada pela família Goelzer, fundadores da Quinta da Estância (fazenda de turismo e eventos de Viamão). Foi um sonho realizado e agora colocado em prática. A Estância das Oliveiras é uma fazenda produtora de Azeites de Oliva Premium pensada para receber eventos que unam exclusividade e simplicidade. A apenas 28km de Porto Alegre é um pedaço da Toscana no RS, recebe eventos sociais, corporativos e realiza locações para encontros inesquecíveis. Iniciamos projeto de pesquisa com Oliveiras na região em 2007. Utilizando métodos inovadores de plantio, manejo e uma colheita manual cuidadosa e conseguimos produzir azeitonas de altíssima qualidade

Olive oil mills have always been part of my family: first my paternal great-grandfather, then my grandfather, then my father and now me.
From an early age, I was used to lending a hand at the mill and smelling the hot, freshly-milled olive oil.
Although I went into another field, my origins spoke louder and here I am, fulfilling a childhood dream: to have my own olive oil mill and my own brand.
I didn’t embark on this journey alone, I brought my wife and children with me, who have always supported me at all times and are the great inspiration for my day-to-day life.
With them and for them, I live in the middle of nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities and in an ideal location to get excellent quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Laudemio Fattoria San Michele A Torri
Fattoria San Michele a Torri, an Organic Farm since 1993, is situated in the heart of the Chianti region just 15 km from the city of Florence. We own over 900 hectares of land of which 85 are vineyards responsible of the production of Chianti Classico, Chianti Colli Fiorentini and IGT wines, 110 are active olive groves responsible for producing Laudemio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The rest is arable land and forest suitable for breeding Cinta Senese. The territory of the Fattoria San Michele is 211 meters above sea level, right in the middle of the most well known wine regions of Classic Chianti and Chianti Colli Fiorentini. Paolo Nocentini, the current owner, is the one responsible for developing new and innovative ways to cultivate the traditonal agriculture. He personally has renovated and expanded the crop directing it to the organic production of typical Tuscan products such as organic honey, organic chickpeas and creating what can be easily considered an organic farm.
