Casa Baio
Monte Vale de Baio is a regenerative organic farm in the beautiful Alentejo region of Portugal. It is a special place, where an authentic landscape has been preserved. We produce limited quantities of high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil. Our traditional Galega olive groves, planted in 1903 and 1953, are maintained through non-irrigated regenerative organic agricultural practices.

The Esporão project began in Alentejo with an irrepressible desire to make the finest wines. This is the basis of everything we do and something we extend to our extra virgin olive oil.
