It has just over four hectares of its own traditional olive grove that, together with the productions of its more than nine hundred members, add up to an average annual harvest of about fifteen thousand tons of olives of the picuda, hojiblanca and picual varieties, characteristics of the mountain olive grove. of the region.

The oil starts out sweet, with a green almond flavor, before becoming more bitter with a medium-intensity spice on the palate. The oil is balanced and full of personality.
