Olive oil mills have always been part of my family: first my paternal great-grandfather, then my grandfather, then my father and now me.<\/p>\n
From an early age, I was used to lending a hand at the mill and smelling the hot, freshly-milled olive oil.<\/p>\n
Although I went into another field, my origins spoke louder and here I am, fulfilling a childhood dream: to have my own olive oil mill and my own brand.<\/p>\n
I didn\u2019t embark on this journey alone, I brought my wife and children with me, who have always supported me at all times and are the great inspiration for my day-to-day life.<\/p>\n
