Premium quality through generations - for three generations, we have been cultivating our Jordan olive groves on the Greek island of Lesbos. In the late 1980s, Bastian Jordan's grandparents migrated to the island and built their house amidst the olive grove. From the beginning until today, the family's philosophy remains the same. Today, Bastian Jordan leads the operation in the third generation, with the fourth generation already climbing the trees. Fair partnership with our Greek friends and business partners. We produce from 50 thousand olive trees located at the foothills of Kazdağı in the Edremit Gulf Region (Edremit, Ayvalık, Gömeç, Havran) . We care for our olives by respecting and protecting nature. Our olives do not contain pesticides. Our olives are brought to eating maturity by natural fermentation method. No chemicals or additives are used to speed up the process.

Parqueoliva Serie Oro is a gem. We select the best Picuda and Hojiblanca olives from an early harvest to create one of the best oils in the world. The oil has a medium-high, green fruity aroma of apple and green banana with notes of tomato and artichoke. The oil starts out sweet, with a green almond flavor, before becoming more bitter with a medium-intensity spice on the palate. The oil is balanced and full of personality.
