Our family olive grove, Domain Boubaker is nested on a hillside estate overlooking Tunis. Century-old olive trees were first planted by Italian growers who patiently bred and selected native varieties fit to the southern Mediterranean climate and biotope.

Our authentic extra virgin olive oil from Tunisian groves is produced, stored and packaged using the best and most innovative technologies. The mix of authenticity and modern technology guarantees the best quality and safety of the product, its stability and richness in beneficial compounds.

This oil is the result of manual harvesting and cold extraction, using mechanical means only. It represents the very essence of olive trees grown in the heart of Tunisia, according to the principles of Demeter agriculture. Our trees, approximately 90 years old, are carefully spaced 24 meters from each other, guaranteeing a density of 17 trees per hectare, which ensures exceptional quality. Whether for daily use, cooking or seasoning, our fruity and delicate olive oil, from organic farming, will enhance each of your dishes.
