Blend Verde Biologico

Blend Verde combines Maurino Vittoria, Verzola, and Leccino olives. Light green in color, it is broad and aromatic on the nose, reminiscent of olives at the right stage of ripeness. The taste is medium to intensely fruity, with distinct notes of artichoke, green apple, freshly mown grass and roquet. Well-balanced bitterness and spiciness follow in the finish. This EVOO is very versatile.
About Palazzo di Varignana
Palazzo di Varignana is a luxury resort in the hills of Bologna, comprised of 100 hectares of olive trees and other cultivations. The project started in 2017 with the first harvests of extra virgin olive oil, fruit juices, and fruit jams. The food project continues to grow, and within four to six years, we will have around 100,000 liters of EVOO.
