Located in the heart of the Alpilles massif since 1489, Château d’Estoublon is one of the Baux-de-Provence appellation’s finest estates. All of our olive oils are cold-pressed, extra virgin, and our olives are pressed in the Château’s mill to allow us complete control over production. Offering single variety olive oils enables to discover the characteristic flavors of the individual fruit.
